Payment options:

  • Pre-approval commitment required.

  • 15% of selling price payable on reserving Lot and Home.

  • A second deposit of 15% of the selling price will be due and payable 60 days after payment of 1st deposit.

  • The third deposit of 20% of the selling price will be due 30 days of the second deposit.

  • Balance plus closing costs due at closing. Subject to certified escalation.
